Chip Harvesting
SRC Technologies Group is advancing semiconductor recovery to support both remanufacturing and new production applications. Supported in part by a $1 million grant, we have developed processes to identify, recover, and validate microchips from end-of-life electronics for reuse in automotive and heavy-duty systems. By combining advanced vision systems with AI-driven decision making and automated test methods, SRC enables recovered components to meet application-specific requirements, helping supplement constrained supply and extend the lifecycle of critical electronics.

New Build Electronics
SRC Technologies Group offers new-build electronics as a strategic extension of our remanufacturing programs. When core supply constraints limit output, we produce OEM-spec units to maintain service levels and re-seed the installed base. Testing — Electronics and Remanufacturing
SRC Technologies Group delivers robust testing solutions that support the reliability of both remanufactured and new electronic products. Our approach focuses on functional validation and defect detection, with test methods aligned to OEM expectations and real-world operating conditions. Where required, we incorporate load simulation and environmental conditioning to ensure consistent performance in service.
